Made an appointment for a diesel truck with diesel tech on vacation the day of appointment. Waited 3 weeks for appointment. I checked in handed over the keys and casually Francisco said 'yeah we'll get to on vacation the day of appointment. Waited 3 weeks for appointment. I came back later that afternoon and demanded my keys back and the vehicle be released. Told me I would need a loaner for repairs with no kind of time frame. I called for a week for an eta and could not get anyone on the phone. I asked to speak with a service manager and was denied. Codes popped on the truck and it was accelerating and decelerating erratically so I called to let them know, no response. Called on Friday last week for an ETA before I took matters into my own hands and was told by reception that they would not put me through to my service advisor and I could be waiting more than a month for another appointment and a loaner. I reset my TCM on my own after hearing that. Only for them to call me on Monday to tell me that a loaner was ready for me. I no longer have any codes on the truck after I reset it on my own using YouTube so they will not look at it. Terrible experience. I am very respectful and reasonable I was never rude to anyone but this was ridiculous. I still have issues that need to be addressed. I have oil leaking from my turbo-intake connection, jumpy and erratic acceleration. When this happens again, this was the 2nd time I cannot drive a truck like that without fixing on my own until I get a call back and no communication from service.
