The service department failed me miserably here at Stingray Chevrolet of Plant City, FL. I was there on a Tuesday for a part to be installed on my truck. I arrived at 930 and left the dealership at 300pm. Only to drive home and noticed another service light on. I took my truck back to the dealership the next day, arrived at 11:45 and didn’t leave until 600pm. The service advisor informed me at 4:15pm that my truck will need to stay over night and there’s no loaner cars available and I’m sorry. Why didn’t you inform me earlier? I shouldn’t not have to come find out to have an update on my vehicle. I had to scramble to find a ride home, the only response you can say is “I’m Sorry”. I came here twice for an oil change before this happened but now I will never recommend anyone come here for any services. And to top this off.. I see a few screws in my truck that were not put back into wherever the mechanic pulled it out from. Horrible Service.
