It ended up being there for 3 days but I was given a loaner right away, no questions asked. Not having my own vehicle sucked but having a loaner made the situation a lot easier. Joe was super nice and explained everything to me. He even allowed me to speak with the gentleman who worked on my vehicle. Sorry, I forgot his name. Quick and accommodating Came in 1 hour and 10 minuets before the 2 hour company meeting. I was told I could get my oil changed but now tire rotation. When I asked if she could just check she went and asked. I resigned myself to just the oil change but to my surprised they said yes. Unorganized and lack of communication Service sender is very unorganized. I walled in first door and the guy just looked at me as I walked by. My rental agreement was for 1 day. When I rushed back next day to return car, he chuckled stating my service would take several days. Funny, because he never explained that to me ado how would I know any different. I left work early to be sure I got there on time only to be laughed at for not knowing. More
