It did take a week to have loaner car available but I'm patient and didn't mind waiting. Jay started as my service advisor and I finished up with Ricky due to Jay being off for medical. Install of parts So far the truck has bin there 2 weeks and have only had the truck for 3 weeks. Was told it was done after a week of being there and me having to call So far the truck has bin there 2 weeks and have only had the truck for 3 weeks. Was told it was done after a week of being there and me having to call to find out what was going on with it. Get there the next morning and it was not, tint was not done yet and the scratch that was there on pick up was not fixed yet. It has bin a nother week and have not heard anything from them yet. More
