Not only is the service above and beyond expectations, the cleanliness of the waiting area impeccable, but visiting I always enjoy going to Stingray. Complete rip off I took my vehicle to get a diagnostic check ran on it. They called me back about 8 hours later and told me that the problem would cost me 600$. The bad thing is the diagnosis the dealer gave me was not what I brought the vehicle in for, the service associate called me and told me that there was more than one positive and negative cable for the battery. Seriously where do they find these people. Came back and picked up my vehicle a few days later because I was out of town and they tried to charge me 15.00$ more than what the price was and when I was leaving there was another customer that has the same problem. Get your act together!!!!! Needless to say I did not get the work done there and I do not recommend this place to anyone unless you have an endless account and you want to spend all day there literally..!! More

Service good, friendliness needs improvement I don't remember the name of the man who helped me, he was very nice. The receptionist was not welcoming. I felt I bothered her. She was on the phone and when she spoke to me shr still had the phone to her ear so i didn't realize she was talking to me. I almost left if it wasn't for the service advisor that helped me. He sat in front of her, in the first desk by the doors to the waiting area. She didn't say hello, how can i help you, good morning, nothing. Just are you here for an oil change? Do you have an appointment? I didn't. She said, well they can only do an oil change. Which was fine. That's all i needed. She just really made me want to turn around and leave. Other than that, it was fine. A little pricey but it needed to be done. More

He explained how long it would take to service my truck and what would be included and even explained the type of oil that would be used. Bill was prompt, professional and friendly. I even got my truck serviced and back to me in under an hour. Very nice, comfortable accommodating waiting room. I've been very pleased with the sale process and then my first experience with the service department has been nothing less than excellent. Highly recommend Stingray Chevrolet! More

Very poor communication I bought a truck (with Brian Doyle) that had 3700 worth of repairs that needed to be done within the first 3 weeks of owning it . I do appreciate the dealership(Scott Ledbetter) fixing the problems however, I had to call the service advisor (mike Engle) everyday to get updates, he promised the truck back to me Friday (we dropped it off Saturday night 8/17) I didn’t actually get the truck til the following Tuesday (8/27) I lost quite a bit of money daily because of this, as this is my business truck. Then when I got the truck back they didn’t replace the damaged fan shroud that was attached to the radiator that was replaced, and I had to spend 179.00 plus labor on a new one. I was told this was a 2 hour job, no reason it should have taken so long with no follow up. I do understand it was at a different dealership but the service advisor should have been on top of the situation. More
