32 days to resolve 2 bent rims covered by wheel warranty I honestly don’t know if I will ever return to Stingray for service again. The purchase of my 2015 Corvette Z06 was STORYBOOK GREAT - Mike Hartley ben I honestly don’t know if I will ever return to Stingray for service again. The purchase of my 2015 Corvette Z06 was STORYBOOK GREAT - Mike Hartley bent over backwards to take care of me and getting me into the car of my dreams. However, the service I received after I hit a pothole and bent 2 rims was unsatifactory - to put it kindly. My service rep Dorinda - bless her heart - did all she could - and I believe it ... but having to wait over a month to replace 2 bent rims is just pure unsatisfactory. I finally contacted Justin Culprpper when I felt I was getting the run around. He actually the wheel warranty folks and demanded they approve my claim (great, former military guy - which I respect having served for 28 years). Unfortunately, the rims he told me were in stock vanished overnight from the Service department and I was left waiting another 4 days for a new rim to arrive. The free fill up of gas never happened (I never expected it to begin with) but one thing is for sure - my Z06 was filthy - inside & out. Black grease/grime on my steering wheel & a lot of dust in my interior as if the windows has been left open for the past 30+days or the top left down. I keep my car IMMACULATE - when I saw how dirty it was - it really upset me. You’d think that a dealership named STINGRAY would pay more attention to customers who purchase their flagship automobile (this is my 3rd Vette) ... but obviously not in my personal case. More
Took longer than promised Had appt for transmission flush and oil change. In at 7;30 promised by noon did not get it until I called at 1:30 and found out it was ready but pap Had appt for transmission flush and oil change. Advisor had called at 11:30 and said there were additional problems with something else I declined that service, he said it would be ready shortly, I don’t think 2 hours later is considered shortly. Tire pressure diappointment. I was a little disappointed that after discussing with one of the techs about checking the air pressure in my tires, they return my car without making I was a little disappointed that after discussing with one of the techs about checking the air pressure in my tires, they return my car without making sure the pressure was correct. Overall tho the service was awesome. Also, I prefer sitting outside while waiting. But the closest bench is at the showroom area or climbing stairs to a roof area. I have a bum knee an wasn't able to make the climb. So, I am hoping you will get a bench for those of us who prefer outdoors. Thanks to Dorinda who tracked me down when they needed me because I was over at the showroom sitting on their bench. More

I was and continue to be so impressed with their service dep’t that I drive 75-90 min one direction to continue using them (I now pay service) -There’s nothing convenient about me getting to Stingray in terms of distance or location (I-4 sux): but from the set up of service to the actual service itself, it couldn’t be easier or more convenient. The ppl are fair and treat me right every time I go. It’s simple I continue to go, and we will buy the next one there More
