Great Adviser, Rough experience. My experience was rough but honestly if it wasn't for Bill Sutton my service adviser it wound of been that much worse. I called Stingray for warranty My experience was rough but honestly if it wasn't for Bill Sutton my service adviser it wound of been that much worse. I called Stingray for warranty work and they didn't have the part needed to do it so they said wait a week and they will return my call when it comes in. A month passes by and I get a call from what I could assume to be one of the woman working at the service desk being a bit aggressive telling me why I have not called and how soon can I come in. How am I going to know when a Part comes in when you ordered it. Despite that I go in and meet Bill, really nice guy. He tells me the work is going to take 5-6 hours but that I can get a loaner car for the mean time. I got to the loaner car desk give in my paper work and was told to wait. fair enough, two and a half hours later I go back and ask whats going on, they forgot about me. They rushed to give me a car and I was on my way. I call got a call from Bill 6 hours later and was told my car is not going to be ready until Monday. He told me work that may take longer usually is not scheduled on Fridays because service does not work. Okay, Monday rolls by and no its going to ready Tuesday. Have to say at this point this is starting to get out of hand but I get a call 30 Min. before service closes from bill telling me If I can pick it up and we can wait a few more minutes for me which was nice because he knows I just wanted my car at this point. I told him I will just pick it up tomorrow morning so all was good. I go the next day pick up my car and my god, I come in with a freshly detailed car and I get its going to be outside when it's not being worked on but the condition it came in was absolutely disgusting. But for that I'll give the benefit of the doubt because I did pick it up as soon as service open. Bill was really the only reason why I kept my cool, he gave me updates and was very kind but there seems to be a lack of connect between the advisers and all the other services. Would I go back again for service? probably not, but all experiences very. More
Service at service department I was greeted promptly, politely and in a timely fashion the work was performed very well and my vehicle was returned as promised.
