Fast, friendly, excellent service Service rep Luis took me on a quick tour of the showroom to look at the ZR1 Corvettes. I am very upset and feel I paid for nothing! I was not happy or satisfied when I left and I tried expressing my concern with the cashier but it was overlooked and she did not get anyone to discus I was not happy or satisfied when I left and I tried expressing my concern with the cashier but it was overlooked and she did not get anyone to discuss my concerns ..and the tech walked in and out with no chance to review anything.( oh except my bad tires he would not rotate but could get a price for new ones when he first walked to my truck) Didn’t even discuss if there were any findings, Just your car is ready and then gone. I even had to question the cashier about if the oil change portion was even done. I like fast service but my car was parked in one spot and then in a few minutes It was parked in the space to pick up and I was being told my ticket was with the cashier. I checked the oil, it was full but looked mixed and had dirt, filter looks old too. Not happy at all and I don’t even think I’m gonna come back. I don’t even think the 27 point inspection was done. Hosed on cabin filter price When Louis showed me the air filter from my 2017 Tahoe and asked me if I wanted it replaced since it appeared very dirty, I said yes. He said the reta When Louis showed me the air filter from my 2017 Tahoe and asked me if I wanted it replaced since it appeared very dirty, I said yes. He said the retail price was $69.95. I question him, and he said that was the retail price. As I was waiting for my car I found the retail price at AutoZone was from $19.99 to $26.99 for a premium filter. I questioned Louis when he came back with the completed order, and he said the difference is the installation cost. I can’t imagine the labor cost to install a cabin filter is $50. If I had known the price difference I would have declined the cabin filter install and done it myself. I feel I got hosed. I did not expect this from Stingray Chevrolet. More
