Yes problem with the noise on my shifter was fixed I will be the first to admit I love my Camaro, it’s not the most expensive, I have a family to take care so money is tight. So..I love my Camaro, I kn I will be the first to admit I love my Camaro, it’s not the most expensive, I have a family to take care so money is tight. So..I love my Camaro, I know where all the scratches are, I know where the paint job is not so good so I make sure I put more wax on that area, the point is , , to me it’s my baby, even though is not expensive. I get the car after service: 1. There are metal shavings all over the door on the driver side. 2. there is a major scratch or the medal frame around the shifter, looks like they used a screwdriver to remove it, very bad!! 3. I just had the car waxed before bring it to the shop and it looks like they just keep the cars outside so it all dirty. Everybody in the front area were fantastic, but whoever is doing the work, they are very sloppy, it’s going to have to be a major issue for me to bring my car in to you guys. More

Poor service Took my car in for warranty work twice. Chevrolet was telling me the warranty work was covered but the dealership was saying it’s not. I was even told Took my car in for warranty work twice. Chevrolet was telling me the warranty work was covered but the dealership was saying it’s not. I was even told by the service person I was working with that they’re running a business and this is just warranty work and they can’t do things for free. My car was left with spare parts inside of it, they didn’t even clean their mess up even the second time. There’s little white GM parts tags on the floor, dash is covered in dirt and dust from the car sitting with the windshield out and the new windshield had suction cup marks and smudges all over it. They couldn’t even clean up after themselves when they were done. I have been a GM person my entire life. I’ve owned 14 different GM products and currently own 2. I am honestly considering this as being my last GM product as a whole. I’ve been a GM owner since my very first car.... Horrible customer service and a terrible way to treat a customer. More
took a long time, everything was so expensive nothing more to say--I don't know what the employee's name was. I liked having the pc there to used - I played solitaire for hours.
