Was told the tire warranty covered so much and turns out it didn’t. Clearly taken advantage of. I bought the car 2 years ago from Hunter and it was a tremendous experience. The service was great, very quick and the problem was fixed. If I had one complaint, it was the incredible rudeness of the two young ladies at the payment desk. Neither of them looked up once during the entire transaction and explanation, they gave only one word responses and gave the impression that I was really disturbing them by paying my bill. It should be noted I was not upset or complaining, I really didn’t didn’t even have any questions, they just went out of their way to put a sour note on an otherwise pleasant experience. More

The lady at the payment center did not acknowledge me by name or Greeting. She only Looked up at me when she told me the price I needed to pay.
