I’ve always had a good experience with the Service Department and the Body Shop. This last service appointment the technician that changed the oil left it 3 quarts low. When I returned with my truck I Department and the Body Shop. This last service appointment the technician that changed the oil left it 3 quarts low. When I returned with my truck I was told he must have thought it was a 5 quart motor instead of an 8 quart motor. All he had to do was check the dipstick when he was done to make sure it was full of oil!! More
