An oil change turned into a 9.5 hour job. Went to dealership at 7:45am for oil change. My husband asked about the part to fix his tailgate when he took truck in for oil change and was told part is on dealership at 7:45am for oil change. After 4 phone calls to dealership to see what was taking so long for an oil change. was told they were fixing the tailgate also. Picked up truck finally at 5:25pm. Pulled out on main road and hood came up. They didn’t even latch the hood after changing oil! More

Not pleased at all. My car has been there since the first week of June 2021 and is still there as of September 27 2021. I have been told since August 2 2021 that my ECM was being shipped and still no part. I week of June 2021 and is still there as of September 27 2021. I was not told, that I could purchase this part and that they could put it in until last week. I now am waiting another 2 weeks for this part to arrive at my house. Had I known this, I might have had my car back by now. I have paid for insurance, on star, and my phone for 4 months that I have not be able to use my car. I lost this money for nothing. And I am still waiting. The parts department that they buy from or someone is having a problem getting the story right about where the part is. I will say that every week when I call Matt Keith has tried to answer my questions and has been very polite about the whole thing. I sent an email to John Whaley and did not get a reply from him until now for this experience survey. More
I purchased a 2019 Chevy Blazer RS brand new in 2019. I was told at the time that if my vehicle was ever left for repairs, that a loaner car would be provided. My Blazer was in the service 4 or 5 times for the same issue (SD card removed), that they cannot seem to repair. I was told that there was no loaner cars available and I was twice put on a waiting list, which took 3 weeks. This last time 2 weeks ago, my car was "repaired", I went to pick it up at 5:15 pm, picking my keys up and leaving. As I entered I4 off of Park Rd, ONCE AGAIN, my "SD card has been removed" light came on. I left my Service Advisor a voice message as soon as it happened, but no answer. That was 2 weeks ago and I have yet to hear from my Service Advisor, Joe Platt. I contacted GM to apply for the Lemon Law but this could be a very long process. Needless to say, as of yesterday, I no longer own that 2019 Blazer. I will NEVER deal with Stingray Chevrolet again! In my opinion Justin Lawson and Steve Hurley are useless!
