Had my vehicle in for the airbag recall. Tech replaced the airbag, no problem there however... the outside of the unit looks scratched so it is no longer cosmetically pleasant. Also the tech couldn't take the airbag, no problem there however... the outside of the unit looks scratched so it is no longer cosmetically pleasant. Also the tech couldn't take the few extra moments to make sure the dash surface was returned to me in the exact same condition that they received it. I had a preexisting crack but it laid flat and flush. I received m vehicle back with one side of the Crack raised higher than the other. I had it back for the tech to straighten it out but they proceeded to tell me that there was nothing they could do about it. It was fine before so it can be the same when returned. I ended up having to fix it myself and it took less than a minute. Also... this airbag recall seems to involve a lot of older vehicles. The dashes in these vehicles are made of apparently "cheap" plastic. If you know the dash may break during the course of repair... maybe you might wanna think about having replacement parts on hand and fix the damage instead of telling the customer "I hope it doesn't break". I now have to deal with broken retaining clips and a loose floppy dash because extra time and care was apparently to much to ask for... Not pleased with that level of service Stingray.. None of my review applies to the service writer Joe Platt. He is always a pleasure to work with. My issue lies with the tech who couldn't be bothered to spend a few extra moments and take the extra care necessary when working with an older vehicle to avoid further damaging what might be someone's pride and joy. More

The young man that changed the oil in my Néw C8 was nice but did not put plastic on my driver seat or drivers side floor. Grease from his shoes was on my driver side floor mat and step panel.
