Made an appointment to have a couple of things checked ( brakes and a clunking noise when driving over bumps) and my car was there for 2 days. I called on the second day at 10:45 and left a voicemail and no brakes and a clunking noise when driving over bumps) and my car was there for 2 days. I called on the second day at 10:45 and left a voicemail and nobody called me back. My husband called closer to closing time and spoke with our service adviser and asked why it was taking so long to diagnose and the adviser told him because they’re were people waiting on their cars. I thought the purpose for making an appointment is so you don’t have to wait. Then they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with one of the issues and charged me over $100. Not happy and probably won’t return. More
Been coming here since 2015 for everything. They are always professional & friendly. The quality of the service excellent! Francisco was great. He gave me his full attention and made me feel valued.
