Stingray Chevrolet - Service Center

Service Manager not very friendly, projected a I'm busy attitude. It took 3 visits to fix a fluid leak problem, which I had to diagnose as a battery leak which damaged the battery tray and the battery acid attitude. It took 3 visits to fix a fluid leak problem, which I had to diagnose as a battery leak which damaged the battery tray and the battery acid was not cleaned up totally from the tray. The battery was replaced, however the cause was not conclusive other than it overheated and leaked. Why? I'll be watching this daily to see if this battery leaks again due to posible alternator charging inconsistancies. Also the parking brakes squeak when backing up after brake release. A software update was done however the problem was not resolved. Advise given - no adjustments can be made to the brake, so don't use the parking brake and you won't experence a squeak. Not sure if I'll return to this dealer for servicing, I guess I'll look at this experence as "Third times a charm" or "Three strikes and you're out" - We'll see. BTW if I do return it will be because of Lisa Rice - she is awesome, great attitude, makes sure you're informed of all appointment details and allocated a chocolate covered chocolate donut for just for me!
