My experience was GREAT! My Cadillac had a recall. My uncle directed me to Ron Platt at Stingray, my what a blessing! Ron took the reigns and my car was repaired. I must say other members of the staff were so friendly even the man directing me to drive into area to drop off my car was SMILING! it was an early,rainy gloomy morning but he was SMILING. Everything was great until it came time to pay. There were 2 women behind the counter. I stood there for a good minute before I was acknowledged and that was just to tell me my total. They were more interested in doing paperwork than helping me. I paid was handed my receipt and started to walk away when one of them said I'm sorry ma'am. I guess she noticed my annoyance. Didn't get a thank you, have a nice day nothing. This isn't the first time the person at the cash counter has been rude, but this was definitely the worst. I always hay a great experience at stingray until the payment counter. More
