I encountered four people at your dealership Willie Shelby Matt and Liz these four people work so gracious and nice that when they were changing the oil in my car they got some oil on one of my sensors Shelby Matt and Liz these four people work so gracious and nice that when they were changing the oil in my car they got some oil on one of my sensors they took it back took care of it and brought the car back to me Liz put my car through the carwash she opened up my hood and she cleaned underneath my hood I don't know of any other place got to have taken my car's in the past to be worked on that these four people or outstanding to me I have worked in retail with people that you have to deal with 1 on 1 I did it 38 years so I know what it's like to work with the public and these people we're pleasure to work with I commend their sincerity and feel that they represented your company very well and I will continue to bring my car back to your service department thank you William Chancey More
