They did not honor their price match guarantee even after showing them my on-line quote from a local tire store. They took my quote and put tires on hold until my appointment the next week. When I came for my appointment I asked again if they are honoring my quote I gave them, again they said yes put would be calling them to confirm the price. Four hours after my appointment time I got a call that the price would not be honored because the tire dealer would not put the GM part number on the quote. After arguing with them a had them go ahead and install the tires as I needed the car back. Nothing on their policy states that I needed the GM numbers on the quote and after being told twice they would honor the price and not at telling me I need the number until they had my car I was pissed. This is classic bait and switch at best or fraudulent at worst. More
We were without an appointment but needed immediate assistance due to a dead battery. Stingray Chevrolet told us to come on in since we had a neighbor jump start our car to get it started.
