The representatives there are friendly enough, but answers to questions are not usually too helpful. Facilities are very nice, but they certainly should be when a normal service costs around $150. I’m usually able to get an appointment, but I’ve had to train myself to schedule service over a month out to get an appointment that fits my schedule even if I drop the vehicle off. Not a bad place, very comparable to the mediocre service you get at just about every dealership I’ve been to. More
