I was very satisfied with the hospitality. Very comfortable waiting room. Service department did a good job. Drop my truck off on January 13. .. For a transmission issue got it back on April 14th after sitting in the lot for 13 weeks the battery was dead got home turned the truck off it woul .. For a transmission issue got it back on April 14th after sitting in the lot for 13 weeks the battery was dead got home turned the truck off it would not start they did put another battery in it at no charge truck was filthy after sitting in the lot for 13 weeks didn't even have the decency to run it through the car wash to spray the pollen off of it very dissatisfied I would expect more out of a Chevrolet dealership of that size... Not sure I would recommend stingray Chevrolet to anyone for anything my number is 813-763-6969 More

Prompt, friendly and considerate employees. Called and told them what the code was saying on my truck and they told me to bring it in. Arrived shortly after calling that day and about half hour later they said they would have to order the parts and if I needed a ride home they would provide that for me. Travis, the young man who brought me home was friendly and outgoing. Called next day to tell me my truck was fixed and if I needed a ride Travis would be picking me up. It's nice that the same gentleman was available again. From purchasing my truck in 2021, oil change 6,000 miles later and now with getting a serpentine belt put on, you couldn't ask for a better place to do business with. Keep up the Great Work.
