It use to be great until this past time I have to come to the dealer twice for an oil and filter change. First time the rep was kind a rude telling me we don’t have enough personnel can only change oil and f the dealer twice for an oil and filter change. First time the rep was kind a rude telling me we don’t have enough personnel can only change oil and filter not the rotation,I was like really that makes no sense and leave, 2nd time the rep was very nice and even without appointment takes care of my needs with no problems at all. As always Dorinda is awesome to work with but I continue to have AC issues and they can’t find the problem. We have been in multiple times and had parts changed out. AC still comes and goes. I was told to k to have AC issues and they can’t find the problem. We have been in multiple times and had parts changed out. AC still comes and goes. I was told to keep it set in internal circulation but that doesn’t resolve the issue and is not fixing my issue. All I can do is pray I can find away to leave my vehicle for a week so maybe it can finally get fixed. Hard to do with 3 working people and two vehicles. More
