Easy and straight forward. I bought this Silverado from Shannon Smith 4-years ago and that process was very nice. Really unhappy with stingray because every time I go there to get the same service to my truck it’s always a different price and I never get a different service and they don’t ever want to tell you that there to get the same service to my truck it’s always a different price and I never get a different service and they don’t ever want to tell you that they’ve changed their pricing or that things aren’t included with certain services that used to be included before they just want to surprise you at the end and then act like they don’t know what they’re talking about. It’s really sad that I take my vehicle religiously to stingray and can’t even get good service or clear communication. On top of that half the time I have to stop them from adding something to my vehicle that I don’t ask them to and charging me for it without even asking for permission I’m just completely fed up with stingray. I’ve tried to stay with them for as long as I could, but it’s just getting ridiculous, especially in this economy. More
