Jim Cole did a great job of explaining all the features on the new 2015 f-150, he even did a walk around the truck from front to back , inside and out explaining every feature on the truck before we ever drove it. Jim was able to answer all my questions and concerns about the vehicle, he was very helpful. The last Chevy dealership we did business with had there music turned up so loud you could hardly carry on a conversation with the salesperson, Gosh I went there to buy a car not have a party ! I would recommend Stillwell Ford to anyone. Good job ! Doug More

Terrible Our original experience was wonderful, they brought back the car we wanted from auction. Well after we drove home, 2 days later the car wouldnt start, Our original experience was wonderful, they brought back the car we wanted from auction. Well after we drove home, 2 days later the car wouldnt start, it required a new battery, within 2 weeks we needed wheel barrings, 2 weeks and we live too far away to bring back to Stillwell when the wheels were close to falling off, we had our car fixed locally due to the saftey of deiving back to Hillsdale and now Stillwell refuses to pay for the repairs. What it boils down to is they sold us a car they knew was unsafe, knew it needed a battery and knew it had bad wheel barrings because they took it to the auction and did not inform us when we bought it! And our sales man and managers were very rude! More
