I was told these cars are inspected and they have a reputation to withhold, so if they don’t pass inspection they’re sent off to auction. I called two days after purchase as my heat didn’t work, the front heat takes roughly 30 minutes to turn up because it continues to go back down, the back heat doesn’t work at all. I called Chris Finch where he rudely told me “if the car falls apart in two pieces, you better call a tow truck because it’s not our responsibility once it’s bought” So much for having a reputation to withhold. After being directed to someone else we were told they would pay half to fix the problem. We agreed. My husband took work off, we dropped off the car. Later we received a phone call saying they would not fix it for half and they would only do the diagnostics for free. So they told us the problem, we ordered the part, and it still didn’t fix the problem. I do NOT recommend this place and I would stay FAR away from Chris Finch. More
