We first talked to Scott who gave us all the information we asked for and even held the care for us ahead of our driving to purchase it. Once at the dealership David, was extremely pleasant and helpful getting us the car that day, going above and beyond to make sure we could go home with the car that day and not have to come back to get it the following day. Since 2002, we have always had a Volvo being serviced with Stillman Volvo Cars. Their customer service and exceptional service department is the reason why we switched to them. It came time for my wife to buy a new car. She was never a fan of Volvo's and the thought of her driving a car that wasn't safe always bothered me. I contacted Jon Stillman and he referred me to Brad Stillman, who got me in touch with Scott. Funny story, I had recently met Scott online through a Volvo enthusiast group, not knowing he worked at Stillman Volvo and we happy to have been put into contact with him a few weeks later. Scott and I instantly connected and shared or love and passion for the Volvo brand. I shared with him my wife's lack of favor for Volvo cars and Scott had helped me find one in their inventory that he felt she would like. A few days later, I stopped in with my wife and Scott had put us into a new 2017 S60 for a test drive. After driving through some windy roads in the area, my wife said that she actually really enjoyed how it drove. Scott and I were both jumping with joy inside. The next step was to work out a price that was financially feasible for our budget. Scott and his sales managers were able to make something fit our budget and my wife is not a proud Volvo owner. She even said after a few days of ownership that she will be a Stillman Volvo customer for life! The sales and service staff at Stillman Volvo Cars have always done above and beyond for their customers. We are glad to have had the opportunity to work with Scott and joyed that we can call him a friend. My family has now purchased 5 cars from Stillman Volvo and have had over 10 vehicles serviced with them throughout the years.
