Both appear courteous, patient, intelligent, very knowledgeable, willing to check/provide answers to questioned pertinent vehicle data, search for practical solutions to customer safety concerns, as well as then work to obtain and have these additional safety items installed. This Stillman Volvo team, which includes Parts and Service, provided a laudable buying experience. Also, when I raised a question about hearing a potential untoward initial rapid acceleration noise upon test-driving a Stillman used vehicle, Denise introduced Ted Harrison, who treated the matter seriously, immediately taking me on a drive to check it. Then, the potential untoward noise was not evident. Ted discussed different potential noises he encountered in the past to account for such a phenomena, which disappears after a car is warmed up, explaining their origins. Denise and Ted’s knowledge put me at ease and definitely helped sell their vehicle. Denise appears the most knowledgeable about vehicles for sale at a dealership of any car salesperson encountered in my lifetime. The same goes for Ted regarding a sales manager. Even after the sale, their involvement and interest in providing excellent customer assistance didn’t end. They appear committed to providing their customers a most positive Stillman Volvo encounter, which my wife and I appreciate. After additional safety items were installed, before leaving with the car, I thanked and complimented Denise, asking her if she wished me to write a letter to Volvo, about the buying experience. Denise M. immediately offered to show one that was right in the showroom but in addition suggested to take one for a short ride. As I rode along with her, she answered all my questions demonstrating extensive knowledge on the car. In no moment was she pushy or otherwise uncomfortably insistent on me acquiring the car. Rather invited me to come in with my wife to let her enjoy the experience. Not to mention that the Volvo XC90 exceeded all my expectations. She provided me with a price which I negotiated further with Brad S, the new car sales manager. We negotiated until a point where I felt comfortable enough to close the deal. Of note, I would like to highlight the professionalism of the dealership representatives altogether. An all around enjoyable experience. More

There were no difficulties, and everyone worked toward the goal of providing us with an outstanding experience. With Denise, I worked to complete the challenging on-line out-of-state credit union application, and I still remember her expression when I arrived in her office the following day and she asked me, "Well good, you have the check?" and my answer was, "Not yet"! She responded, "Well,that will not prevent us from having you drive home in your new car." After dealing with Stillman Volvo for 10 years we are sold on the service and family ownership.
