Had to have car taken back later to complete service. More

We purchased our new Volvo XC-90 through the OSD program and the state did not match up the customs report with the paperwork submitted by Stillman resulting in a notice of use tax due to the state. Stillman Volve is terrific I had to bring my car in for a routine oil service and to examine the heater fan. Check-in was quick and straightforward and the shuttle promptly took I had to bring my car in for a routine oil service and to examine the heater fan. Check-in was quick and straightforward and the shuttle promptly took me to work. I was called to get an update on the work and to be informed that my rear brakes needed to be replaced (had been warned last time this would be upcoming). The work was authorized and everything was completed by the time I had asked to be picked up again. The check-out was also prompt and polite and I was back to work quickly. Everyone at the dealership is very pleasant and professional, and the work was done well. More
