Once we decided it was a done deal we asked about trading in our 2015 XC60 for another CPO xc60. The new CPO terms made sense to upgrade my daily driver. We started by reaching out via phone and inquiring about a CPO XC90 and worked over the phone with him to secure the price we wanted for the car. When we went up to the dealership later that afternoon to test drive, we decided to also inquire about upgrading my husband's XC60. Needless to say, Kyle wasn't expecting us to buy TWO cars at once, but he handled it like a pro, got us the pricing we wanted for both and just generally did an excellent job working through everything with us. I would highly recommend working with Kyle - his easygoing, no pressure sales style is really fantastic, and his sense of humor made the process that much more enjoyable. Add in our great orientation to the vehicle with Holly and an easy financing process with Angelo and we couldn't be happier with our Stillman Volvo experience! More

Since I was very pleased with my prior dealings with Stillman Volvo, I visited their showroom and worked with Denise McElhiney. She was extremely helpful, and had a great grasp of the nuances of the vehicle and its computer system (quite a change from my relatively simple 2013 S60). The last purchase came only after purchasing a 2018 XC90 which we loved but due to a stroke my wife suffered after the purchase the car was no longer easily accessible for her. On very short notice Denise helped us find a V90 wagon that was much easier for my wife to get in and out of. The 2018 V90T6 AWD also has plenty of space for trips with our luggage and dog. While not the reason for our purchase I was very pleased to find out how well the car handled and accelerated and am very happy with the purchase. The V90 wagon has all of the safety features that Volvo's are known for. I must mention that the service department at Stillman is exceptional. The service writers are knowledgeable, friendly and the work performed by the mechanics has always been first class. Loaner cars, when the cars have been in for service, have always been provided when needed. More
