She can summarize all the information you need within a minute and very mild mannered as well. I know she gets a lot of phone calls and inquiries regarding the New C8 but you won't feel that she's annoyed or rushing you when answering all the information you need. very straightforward and pleasant. Great Experience Bought my new Camero here last week. I love this car! I don't usually leave reviews but my experience was exceptional here from start to finish. I met with Richardo and did a test drive of the car once done I was handed over to a manager name Jonathan who guided me to a price I could afford. He even called me twice this week to see how my new car is. Do yourself a favor and buy a car here. More

Despite repeated assurances that it was, indeed, included, it turned out, after nearly a week of experiments and searches, that it was not. Jonathan Bruyn, the Sales Manager, confirmed that yesterday (July 28, '17), then proceeded to lie to me about everything else: I never made such a specification, no one at the dealership had heard of it, I wrecked "his" car (the very one I am driving, without a scratch on it), that Mike had gone over the car with me line-by-line (totally false), and on it goes. Sad, even pathetic story, as everything else about this car is fine - they just refused to correct their mistake. Bottom line: go somewhere else, don't have business with these people. More
It started out with problems from my Chevy Cobalt, I have had it for 6+ years. They let me use one of their rental cars until they figured out what was wrong with it. When I decided it wasn't worth fixing the problem and to trade in my car- they were great in letting me use the rental car until I found the right car to replace my Cobalt. They let me test drive as many cars as I wanted and when I brought in a picture of the show-room Chevy Cruze Turbo-diesel (red) with beige leather from the SF Car Show - it was a quick turnaround to get the car I wanted to the dealership. The sales guy (Joe) was great to spend over an hour with me going through the dash and navigation system and if he didn't know the answer to one of my questions - he got the right guy to answer it. I was SO impressed by the overall customer service, patience (not the urgency to sell me a car) and how I found the right car for me at the BEST price! "Its Stewart of Course!" More
STEWART CHEVY AND CADILLAC IN COLMA CALIFORNIA?????? IS NOT TRUTHFUL AND LOYAL FOR AN AMERICAN DEALERSHIP. MY FAMILY IS GROWING SO WE DECIDED TO CHECK OUT STEWART CHEVY. BABY DUE IN DECEMBER SO WE TRADED O NOT TRUTHFUL AND LOYAL FOR AN AMERICAN DEALERSHIP. MY FAMILY IS GROWING SO WE DECIDED TO CHECK OUT STEWART CHEVY. BABY DUE IN DECEMBER SO WE TRADED OUR AUDI A4 2009 2.0T PRESTIGE WHICH ONLY HAD 13000 MILES.RODNEY IS THE SALES PERSON WHO LEASED US THE TAHOE LTZ.RODNEY STATED THE TAHOE WILL ACCOMODATE UP TO EIGHT PEOPLE AND WAS BETTER THAN THE MINIVAN. HE ALSO STATED THAT WE COULD SEAT FULL SIZE ADULTS IN ALL THE SEATS, EVEN IN THE 3RD ROW. SO THEN THE DRAMA STARTED WHEN WE COULD NOT SEAT ANYONE OVER 5 FT AND OVER IN THE 3RD ROW. IT WAS SO FRUSTRATING THAT WE COULD NOT USE THE 3RD ROW. SO MY WIFE AND I WENT DOWN TO STEWART CHEVY IN COLMA TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE 3RD ROW. IT WAS SURPRISING RODNEY THE SALES DUDE DOES NOT WORK THERE ANYMORE.THE GENERAL MANAGER AND SALES STAFF WERE GIVNG US THE RUN AROUND AND STATED THAT THEY WILL C WHAT THEY CAN DO. I SPOKE WITH THE GENERAL MANAGER FRANK AND EXPLAINED TO HIM ABOUT WHAT HAD HAPPENED. SO HE TOLD ME HE WILL C WHAT HE CAN DO TO GET US INTO ANOTHER SUV THAT WILL WORK OUT BETTER FOR OUR FAMILY NEEDS (THEY WOULD CHECK WITH ALLY BANK). SO HE ENCOURAGED US TO TEST DRIVE ALL THE SUV AT THE DEALERSHIP. THEY ASSIGNED AN EXPERT BY THE NAME SP(INDIAN DUDE) SO WE TEST DROVE A SURBURBAN AND HE GAVE US ALL THE INS AND OUTS OF THE VEHICLE AND WE SAT IN THE BACK SEAT AND TESTED EVERYTHING. HE ALSO MADE SP THE SALES CONSULTANT BRING THE SURBURBAN TO THE HOUSE TO C IF IT WILL FIT IN OUR GARAGE. SO HE CALLED MY WIFE AND TOLD HER THAT WE HAVE TO PAY $1040 MONTH FOR 48 MONTHS. SO MY WIFE BEING PREGANANT AND UPSET ALREADY TOLD HIM PROBABLY NO, BUT NOT DEFINITELY. SO WE WENT TO THE DEALERSHIP AND TOLD THEM WE WILL GO AHEAD WITH THE NEW CONTRACT. THE GM DAUGHTER WAS GETTING MARRIED SO THEY ASSIGNED SOMEONE ELSE TO HELP, WHICH DID NOT GO TOO WELL. THEY CALLED AND TOLD ME THE GM WILL NOT DO A NEW CONTRACT. SO I CALLED AND LEFT A MESSAGE FOR THE OWNER PAUL. HE HANDED THE MESSAGE TO ONE OF THE MANAGERS TONY WHO TOLD ME HE WAS WAITING FOR GMAC. I CALLED THE NEXT DAY AND SPOKE WITH ANOTHER MANAGER ALVIN WHO SO WAS SO RUDE I WANTED TO KNOCK HIM DOWN. SO I RECEIVED A CALL FROM MITCH WHO TOLD ME MY PAYMENT IS GOING TO BE $1038 A MONTH AND REGISTRATION $521 SO WHEN DO I WANT TO COME DOWN AND PICK THE SUBURBAN. I WAS SO HAPPY THAT THEY CAME THROUGH AND HELP MY FAMILY AND KEEP MY SANITY. WHEN I ARRIVED AT THE DEALERSHIP MITCH TOLD ME THEY CAN NOT DO THAT BECAUSE THE TAHOE WAS ALREADY REGISTERED WITH DMV AND THE CAR WAS DEEMED AS A 'USED' VEHICLE NOW. I WAS SO ANGRY AND TOLD HIM TO CALL THE OWNER AND I AM NOT GOING TO LEAVE. SO HE SENT THE USED CAR MANAGER MIKE WHO WAS AWARE ABOUT MY SITUATION. I THINK EVERYONE THAT WORKS AT STEWART KNEW ABOUT THIS PROBLEM. ONE DAY IT WAS THE BANK THE NEXT DAY THE MILES(DONT WORRIE ITS OK IF YOU PUT A FEW HUNDRED MILES) AND THEN DMV. RED FLAG FOR EVRYONE THAT PURCHASED A VEHICLE FROM STEWART CHEVY IN COLMA COULD BE DRIVING A NEW VEHICLE THINKING YOU WERE THE FIRST OWNERS. WAIT A MINUTE DO YOU KNOW THE USED CAR MANAGER TOLD ME.. IF THEY STOPPED DMV THEY WILL RESELL MY TAHOE AS A NEW VEHICLE AFTER I HAVE HAD IT FOR 3 WEEKS. I TOLD HIM THATS NOT RIGHT TO DO THAT BECAUSE YOU ARE LYING TO CUSTORMERS. SO HE TOLD ME TO COME BACK AND TALK WITH THE GM FRANK WHO RUNS THE PLACE AND HE IS THE ONLY ONE WHO CAN MAKE IT HAPPEN. SO I WENT TO SPEAK WITH FRANK THE GM TODAY 10-06-11. HE STATES HE WANTS TO HELP. HOW HE WANTS TO HELP IS FOR ME TO PAY MORE MONEY (DOWN PAYMENT) TO GET OUT OF THE TAHOE SO THEY CAN RESELL THE TAHOE FOR FULL PRICE AGAIN. I KNOW THESE CROOKS AND LIARS.HE KEEPS ON INSISTING THAT THEY DID NOT DO ANYTHING WRONG.I CAN NOT USE THE 3RD ROW SEATS FOR TAKING ANYONE OVER 5 FT. AND OVER.THEY EVEN TOLD ME NOT TO SEND THE SURVEY TO GM UNTIL THEY FIX MY PROBLEM. THIS ALL STARTED FROM SPETEMBER 09-03-11 TO 10-06-11. More
