In January, we bought a new Tahoe. The window sticker indicated all weather floor mats but My husband left without them and the dealer would not send them. Stewart Chevrolet, run by Scott Wright, is the best dealership my husband and I have ever worked with. The whole operation is all about customer satisfaction. Our sales rep, Jayvee, was awesome. We were a little nervous about going "all-electric" with the new Bolt. But JayVee knew everything about the car we were looking at, and answered all our questions. Stewart Chevrolet is not safe. There seemed to be some confusion. An hour and a half after being told my car was ready, a person finally came out to find out what my tag number was There seemed to be some confusion. He aggressively violated my personal health space of six feet, claiming it was "Okay" since he had a mask on. You should train your employees on basic law. His act is one of felony assault. Up to ten years in prison is the current precedent. Get your act together. Get safe! More

Tim Pratt is the Man !!! Prior to Tim contacting me, I had already spoken to 5 other Chevy dealerships in the Bay Area ... yes 5. Up until that point, it was a miserable exper Prior to Tim contacting me, I had already spoken to 5 other Chevy dealerships in the Bay Area ... yes 5. Up until that point, it was a miserable experience of being lied to, ignored, and misinformed. When Tim contacted me, I was honest but blunt. I told him of my previous experiences and in no short terms, told him if he wanted my business to be honest otherwise I wasn't wasting my time. Tim did exactly what I asked for and made the process simple and painless. I was paying cash and using Costco so there was no haggling and no extra pressure to buy any add-ons. I am a business owner with not a lot of time and desperately needed to get a new truck for my wife. Tim and everyone and Stewart Chevrolet did asked what I asked for and wanted. I was in and out of the dealership with a new truck in about an hour maybe less. Wonderful experience and I cannot heap enough praises on Tim for his assistance in this process and Parwez for having all the paperwork ready to go. More

I wanted to thank BILL HOOD and everyone for taking such good care of my 2005 CHEVROLET IMPALA. I actually received a note on it one day from someone interested in buying the IMPALA. My wife and I are "SENIOR CITIZENS". Our IMPALA still has low mileage for its age and we intend to keep it. Regards from all three generations who have driven it. Lawrence Birch More
