buying experience Our sales person Jeff was helpful but not aggressive. He stayed in touch with us for months as we had huge delays in being able to get up to Des Moine Our sales person Jeff was helpful but not aggressive. The service agreement was sketchily gone over and only at close observation post sales visit do I see there is a $100 deductible per visit. I am unsure what this means. We were promised 3 free maintenance but there is nothing written on that. Said it was $8 a month but it appears to be a single payment of $625. More
