Not the worst, not the best7 Bought my car in the fall. Everyone was great until I had to meet and deal with Dale in finance. He made me feel very uncomfortable and not worthy of a car. Went in for an oil change and minor work - all of which should have been covered under warranty. They were going to charge me $125 to hook my car up to computer to see why check engine light was on. I said forget that as i could go to parts store and do that for free. I had a faulty tire (still original with less than 20000 miles) and i was charged for a new tire, which again i had purchased warranty on car to cover EVERYTHING. I have the AutoAdvantage Care package as well. You are to get oil change, tires rotated, car vacuumed and a car wash with this at no charge as i paid for the package with my warranty. My car was not vacuumed nor washed (was hardly dirty and wouldve taken only a few min to complete). If you offer services and have customers obtain/ purchase these services, they should be completed. Trent did not seem knowledgeable in cars either. I love my car, but will probably buy from a different dealer next time. I will use the last of my care advantage package and then take my car to a different auto shop. More
