Great service manage who walked me through my Palisade's options. I can't drive 500 miles every time I need A serve though. Might be trading in. My salesman new the need I had for a vehicle and took full advantage. They seem to have taken down my 1st review also. Stay away at all cost. More

Look, I walked around 5 different dealerships in a day, did my own due diligence on researching not only vehicles, but warranties and value for money. This is the third hyundai I've bought from this dealership, and the first since they changed to Stew Hansen's. Not only was my experience excellent, since I was a slam dunk, the salesman still forced me to take a test drive prior to purchase even though I said it was over already(I'm buying, here is the Vin, I'm showing up to drive it off the lot). He knew the sale was done. ZERO effort required. But it was essential to him that I know what I'm getting, and yeah, my awesome golden eagle sonata N-Line (I named it the golden eagle, that's not the real color name, although it should be) may not have all the toys of a sonata limited, but it's faster, still has an amazing bose sound system and frigging launch control...for no reason whatsoever, lol! Essentially it's a hoot. On top of the easy experience, he even calls me periodically to see how I'm digging the ride, and even if I don't necessarily respond, I appreciate it. He even called to say happy birthday. I don't care what the haters say about these guys. My first vehicle I bought here was in 2005. Second one in 2008. I left to buy a Chevy, and...well, my bad...paid it off and ran it till a hail storm killed it, and I'm back. Couldn't be happier. People part of the buying process IS your responsibility. You want a good car? Act like it. Be aggressive and get what you deserve, not what's given to you. More

They don't know the availability of the car and are unable to search it within their system or in the location. They hide their mistakes and simply try to fool customers. When you question what responsibility they take, the sales manager Mr.Jordan Frette reacts very rude towards the customer ( specifically if BROWN SKIN). Unethical and the worst sales manager I ever saw. He needs to get training and learn how to treat people, understand the situation and help customers, instead of showing disrespectful behavior. More
