Randy Crabb was a breath of fresh air compared to other salesmen you meet. I came in to purchase a used car. On my first visit I worked with Randy and he seemed friendly enough. When I came in for the 2nd time, pretty much planning to buy the car, I brought my Dad, since I had worked with Randy and he seemed friendly enough. When I came in for the 2nd time, pretty much planning to buy the car, I brought my Dad, since I had never bought a car by myself before. Right from the start, Randy seemed very defensive that my Dad was there and asked a lot of questions. My Dad questioned the fact that the car was supposedly "Certified" but there was no record of that on their website. Also, I was interested in the Extended Warranty plan that Hyundai offers, but prior to visiting the dealership, we couldn't find any information pertaining to the warranty and the people we talked to from Hyundai basically said we would need to visit the dealership to obtain information. When my Dad and I first drove the car, we noticed a loud noise, and it turned out that one of the tires was shot. Supposedly this was a "Certified" car, but they missed this loud noise and the fact that the tires needed replacing. I'll also mention that the car had not been detailed and was somewhat dirty on the inside, but they were supposedly trying to sell it. We came back to drive the car after they had replaced tires and the problem was fixed, so we went to negotiate. After some long negotiations with Chris, we had the price down to almost what I was ok with paying. I was about 5 minutes from closing the deal with him, when Randy came into the office and started making rude and uncalled for comments towards my Dad. He was way out of line and even called my Dad "Confrontational". I couldn't believe it, and promplty told them that I was done with them and we walked out. If Randy wouldn't have come in and been so rude, I probably would own the car today. Do not go to this dealership looking for good service. They "pride" themselves in being #1 in customer retention and having friendly salesman, but they could not be further from that. If you do not give into their tactics and go along with what they say, you will be treated with no respect. I have great credit, was going to put down a large portion of the car price, and had been at the dealership for 5+ hours, but still was not given the respect I deserved. My advice is buy a car from ANYONE ELSE but Stew Hansen's Hyundai. More

We fell in love the second we got in the car and Randy was the perfect salesman to let us ease into the car. Not pushy, very friendly, kind of a joker - but not the salesman canned jokes you expect - and after taking it for a test spin we knew there was no question we were going to buy the car. The purchase process could not have been any easier, we go the terms we were looking for at the start of the day and didn't have our arms twisted to buy any add-ons. Having test driven a few cars at other dealerships earlier in the day I would say Holmes was the best in town. I would recommend everyone go check out a Hyundai great value on great cars. I chose a day for delivery that Chris was unavailable, so Randy helped with the delivery. Randy was also very friendly and took time to answer any questions we had, had me drive the car one more time before I bought it so I was sure this was exactly what I wanted. More

When I had a small issue with my car, he got me in quickly to ge car I wanted, was very knowledgeable and experienced, and was friendly and helpful. When I had a small issue with my car, he got me in quickly to get it fixed and offered to give me a ride to work. I recently took my car in again to get the oil changed and fix a recall, and again he went above and beyond what his job is. It is nice to be able to take your car to someone that you trust and respect. Chris did just that. More
