This was my second experience with this Hyundai dealership. My first experience was two years ago and was an excellent eperience, thus the reason for my return. I have to admit i was a little skeptical to return at first because the dealer i worked with before was no longer working for that company and in addition they were just bought out by stew hansens. This last factor alone was a concern for me, as years ago i had experienced poor customer serivice with stew hansens dodge city. However, after i initially spoke with Randy on the phone and explained to him what i was looking for i felt reassured that this was going to be another pleasant experience. After he did some searching for vehicles that fit my wants/needs and requirements he called me to inform me of what he had available and we set up a time for me to come in and test drive a few vehicles. Immediately when i met Randy i felt very comfortable, he was very welcoming and made sure to tell me what vehicles he thought would fit my needs and which ones wouldnt. Being a full time student, and single mother this was very helpful and appriciated, as i dont want to get stuck in a vehicle that will not be financially feasable. After test driving a few cars i found one that i really liked and that i was initially looking for to start with. Randy agreed that this was the car for me. Howver, after experiencing some complications with my financial situation, I was unsure if i would be able to make a purchase after all. Despite this news, Randy went above and beyond his job duties to help me with this situation and did some additional research and provided me with some great suggestions. A couple days later i contacted Randy again, as i came up with a solution and was ready to come and take another look at the car and offered him a price over the phone. He was very accepting to my offer and more than willing to work with me. When i came back I brought my parents with me. Randy was very kind to them and treated us all as though we were an equal part of the purchasing process and he was very supportive. Overall, I had a very enjoyable experience. Randy not only demonstrated professionalism, but he also demonstrated kindness, respect and even a great sense of humor. Randy, made sure that everything i wanted was taken care of through the whole purchasing experience. I am very pleased with the Hyundai label and I predict i will be a returning customer for years to come. Thank you Randy for such an excellent experience, as this process in general can be very stressful at times, I am so happy my eperience was stress free and i am now happily riding around in my new Hyundai Sonata. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family and to anyone else looking for a reliable/dependable vehicle and great customer service. More
Randy Crabb sold me my new Sonata. The experience was wonderful. I had been contemplating buying a car for a few months and Randy never pushed me. Randy was great to work with. We came in looking for a new Elantra but didn't want anything to expensive or with features we didn't really need or want. Once we was ready to pick up the car he went thru the manuals and told us which ones were the most important and to familiarize ourselves with the car. HORRIBLE dealership. Do not give out your personal information to them. They will stalk you. They list all these discounts and have prices on their tags/websites, but the second you talk numbers you d information to them. They will stalk you. When I told the sales rep I didn't like the offer he handed my paper to me and asked me to leave. I walked out of there and will never go back and then the sales rep texted me and called me the following next 2 days to "earn my business." We posted a car on craigslist and they contacted us to buy the car and when we didn't accept the offer they got really hostile. I will never recommend this dealership. Horrible customer service. More
I was looking at the 2012 Santa Fe in the showroom, while my 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe was being serviced. Randy asked if I wanted to test drive one of the new Santa Fe's. After driving it, I didn't feel the new my 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe was being serviced. Randy asked if I wanted to test drive one of the new Santa Fe's. After driving it, I didn't feel the new style had the same quality as my 2008 and said so. Randy took the time to listen to what I was saying and offered another car that I might be interested in. He showed me the Hyundai Veracruz and we took it also for a test drive. Randy took the time to ensure that I really got a feel for the vehicle, I was prepared on the 2nd test drive to go around the block, but he had me drive on the interstate to ensure the power was the same as my old car. It handled like my favored Santa Fe, but has many more bells and whistles. I started out very non-committal on color or features and he actually took the time to walk back into the building 3-different times to get key's to show me the inside of every car that I thought I might be interested in. We talked payments and he walked though everything with the upfront pricing. I drove out 3-hours later in a 2012 Hyundai Veracruz: Color: Athens Blue with Black interior and a very good deal! I want to compliment Stew Hansen Hyundai for bringing back the days when people could trust what the sales people say and allowing their sales people to go back to basic's of ensuring the customer is heard and not sold something they really don't want. I love new cars, but hate the buying experience. After a lot of internet search, I decided on the Hyundai Elantra and went to Stew Hansen Hyundai. Randy Crabb greeted me and the process started. Much to my surprise, the buying experience was not what I had dealt with in the past. At no time did I feel preasure or that my questions were being discounted. Randy was very easy and direct to work with. Randy delivered everything I asked for and very quickly we had traded for a 2013 Elantra. Thank you Randy for a great experience. I worked with Randy Crabb, and he made the experience easy on me and my husband. I was curious about what vehicle I wanted and he let me test drive both. My fiancé and I had done quite a bit of research on vehicles, so we knew exactly what we were looking for prior to arriving. Randy made our experience very simple. We told him what we wanted and he delivered exactly that (down to the color and features). He educated us about all the features of the vehicles, including the small ones. He even explained some under the hood qualities that my fiancé, who is a mechanic, would appreciate. Randy was far from pushy. He let us take our time and when we were ready; he was very attentive and made us his priority. He explained very important keys in the owner's manuals, so we wouldn't miss them since the vehicle has many features and perks available. Getting finance was a breeze and we got a great deal! I made an appointment a couple days later to get the car detailed. Randy and the detail expert were out front and ready to make my new ride shine (I was extremely impressed). I have owned a Hyundai Elentra before and loved it. I purchased a Sonata and love it even more!!! Thanks Randy and the Stew Hansen crew! More
