Izzo Bahic patiently answered all our questions and addressed our concerns as we test drove several vehicles. We were please to have a variety of cars at one dealership so we didn't have to drive all around town. Then Tommy Huynh gained our trust with his explanations of how the dealership operates. There was no high pressure sales, but a common sense approach to the offer (low no-haggle pricing). I also loved the fact they work with 27 different banks to offer the lowest rate financing without us having to comparison shop. Phillip Wilken got us a great financing deal that we wouldn't have had we gone with the credit union we planned. It was truly a one stop shop and I drove home my new (used) car that day. We worked mainly with Alen Bahic. He was great to work with as he wasn't pushy and he didn't apply any pressure for us to make a purchase.
