He was very quick to reply to my first inquiry about a car I was interested in and that was consistent throughout the couple weeks I took to decide what model I wanted to buy. It’s a big decision and I never felt pressured to rush into anything. Thank you also to Chris Weyer for speaking with me and answering my questions. When I finally found the exact car I wanted, it happened to be arriving at the dealership the same day I planned to stop in. Tristen and the service team rushed to get it off the truck for inspection and had it ready for me to take home that afternoon which was unexpected and appreciated! I’ve also had great experience with the service department when bringing my car in for routine maintenance over the years and I’m sure that will continue. Since we live over 5 hours away we needed to get all the details buttoned down before we made the trip to DesMoines to purchase the car. The team was great to work with and made the whole transaction including our trade in almost effortless. We were in and out of the dealership rapidly so we could begin our drive south back to SE Kansas. Based on our experience, I unreservedly recommend this dealership. Everything was handled professionally. Car dealers can get bad raps, but the team we dealt with all get five stars. More

My mother had a check engine light come on her brand new car that she bought from this dealership 3 weeks ago. Luckily for her it ended up only being a gas cap issue, but the dealership decided to charge he car that she bought from this dealership 3 weeks ago. Luckily for her it ended up only being a gas cap issue, but the dealership decided to charge her 250 dollars for this fix (of tightening her gas cap). They then proceeded to question her about if she filled her gas tank before or if she used the right gas. Policy with any repair is to call the customer and confirm the problem and if they are okay with the charge for the fix. This dealership never did that, neither a call to my dad or mom, yet they claimed and wrote in their paperwork that they called my dad and confirmed it (my dad was farming and on a combine all day with no access to phone). This is the fourth Hyundai my parents have bought and they will never take it back to this dealership and if you are a female I would never take it to this dealership either as they will treat you a like you are an idiot and have no idea how to tie your own shoes. Super disappointing that companies this big still take advantage of their customers, especially the loyal ones. More

Dishonest. Imcompetent. My Ioniq 5 spent more than 9 months out of service because their collision center was not supposed to have worked on it. They were not a Imcompetent. My Ioniq 5 spent more than 9 months out of service because their collision center was not supposed to have worked on it. They were not authorized by Hyundai to work on EVs but they did it anyway and did not disclose it before the car was taken there after a collision. After "repairing" the vehocle, the battery would not re-charge and the AC would not work. Another (actually aithorized) dealer in another state took the vehicle in December, 2022, and determined the issue was due to a BLOWN FUSE!. During these 9 months, no one at Stew Hansen offerred a loaner, compensation for the many expenses we inccured, or anything. Just a nightmare experience and will never trust in Stew Hansen or the Hyindai brand. More
