Dead Battery, 1 year 8 months 1 year and 8 months ago I purchased my Jeep here and had 6 Engine light events go on. Eventually the Jeep would not start. Called for help from Stew 1 year and 8 months ago I purchased my Jeep here and had 6 Engine light events go on. Eventually the Jeep would not start. Called for help from Stew Hansen's, got voicemail 4 times, then I finally got a call back but my phone rang once then whoever was calling hung up. I called the number and got the receptionist, She said she missed my call because she was in the ladies room and she was the only one answering the phone. Got service, got passed around, given ENORMOUS cost estimates for check and possible battery. I spoke to the GM, he said I must have gotten their telemarketing people. Got in, Service People were just interested in the fact that they leave in 1 1/2 hours. Was never given information until closing time, my car was ready and that I would have to pay for a new battery. Wham Bam Thank you Man! Never AGAIN...Stew Hansen's Where I got RAMMED! More

Half a job. We to our 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 44000 in for a rub on a front rotor and a rear rotor. This was written up and the found and rep stated this w We to our 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 44000 in for a rub on a front rotor and a rear rotor. This was written up and the found and rep stated this was not covered under warranty. The left front back cover was loose and rubbing on the rotor. From notes, it did not look like the checked the rear rub. Two days later the rub in the rear showed up again, so this time we recorded it and made sure we stated this is after it was in during the video, because of all the poor reviews we read here. We take it back in a week and we will see if they charge us another $132. I am not impressed with my first visit, I would have thought they would have checked all 4 rotors. More

I had to text my seemingly above & beyond sales person 3 times following the sale & got notification the texts were read but zero reply. Sad since I've sent 3 friends in who purchased brand new jeep wranglers in the first month following. 1. First non response 2 weeks after purchasing a brand new top of the line 2017 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon when inquiring on windshield prices when a tiny pebble cracked the windshield (now I find out very common as even the service manager said his daughter was on her third in 2 years) NOT a world from my salesman & safe line ended up replacing it 2. Second, Was actually for a sales referral when a friend was considering a jeep. 3. Was to get contact information for the finance person when I had yet to receive a statement. I'm sad to write this review as he truly seemed to be a delightful, hardworking young man but one of the reasons I went new was low maintenance & service after the sale so this is a pretty significant issue if they are selling too many cars to follow through with their customers. More
