NOTHING BUT TROUBLE Purchased a brand new 2019 Jeep Cherokee 5 months ago. The first week it was dead, had to tow it to Stew Hansen on a flat bed. The following couple weeks were good, then my window started humming very loud going up and down. Took it in, said it was fixed, took it home...same thing the window humming, took it back in, waited for hours, said it was fixed. Went home the next week...the window again. This time I had a loaner car until they could fix it, 9 days later picked up my fixed car. NOPE, the next week the same problem. Was told they would make this right, give them one more chance to fix it, if its not fixed they will get us out of this car. Almost 2 weeks later, same problem different window. They told us it's a different window this time, so let them try to fix it. It's the same problem and I have two more windows to fight this. ITS CRAP!!! Don't go there! More

No service after the sale! I had scheduled an oil change for this last Friday to drop off, and I also needed to have a small rock chip repaired on the windshield. The service pe I had scheduled an oil change for this last Friday to drop off, and I also needed to have a small rock chip repaired on the windshield. The service person I worked with drove it down to the body shop after the oil change and they refused to repair the chip and we would have to take it somewhere else. They said they would be happy to replace the entire windshield though: for a small chip? On a vehicle that only had 31,700 miles? Ridiculous!! When we purchased the 2017 Journey we got the highest extended warranty available, which included rock chip repairs. We had previously had an issue with a different service center when I had taken a previous vehicle in for repairs because (in their words) “you didn’t get the warranty from us”. So when we had the opportunity to get the warranty from Dodge, we went for the highest package available to be on the safe side. Now here we are, needing a repair, and a Dodge dealer is telling us that the warranty we got FROM a Dodge dealer is worthless! This is all after we had just purchased a brand new vehicle from them a month ago! The sales people were great, but if you need anything else go there at your own risk!! More

Horrific and Discourteous, From Start To Finish My daughter and I came in looking to purchase a vehicle, since the both of us wanted a new vehicle. Upon our first meeting with the salesperson, we we My daughter and I came in looking to purchase a vehicle, since the both of us wanted a new vehicle. Upon our first meeting with the salesperson, we were made to feel extremely uncomfortable while negotiating on price(s). We then overheard someone (another employee) ask our salesman if his ears were bleeding yet? We couldn't believe what we were hearing. However, I bet if my husband were present that their comment would never have been spoken. We never said anything rude to them - we were courteous and professional. So, Stew Hanson’s apparently prefers to make fun of women when they shop for cars there. Not impressed! Also, I just noticed that there are no female employees working there, either! Maybe they need some additional training, some diversity, and a course in treating their customers with dignity and respect. At Stew Hansen's, they supposedly "hear" you. Well, hear this: you hear about as well as you treat your customers - shoddily and disrespectfully. More
