I gave steve a call on Sunday with a questions about my truck and he answered his phone. I purchased a 2010 Dodge Caravan from Steven Amos at your dealership. Steve Amos was extremely helpful and interested in meeting the needs that I wanted in a vehicle. He was never pushy and never tried to just make a sale.I have, since my purchase have had some concerns with a droaning/vibration coming from the front of my vehicle usually on start up when engine is cold. I immediately notified Steve and he made an appointment for me to get my van assessed in the service depart.Chip Pearson was responsible for diagnosing the problem. He has been a wonderful service manager and has always been professional and never rude when I would call the department with my concerns. The service department made great effort in trying to fix the vibration and droaning sound, but it was not successfully fixed on the first two attempts.Jerry Bill then became involved in helping with making transportation resources available while my vehicle was under repair on the third attempt. Overall I will have to say that your service department and Stew Hansens Saleman (Steve Amos) has proved to me that your dealership does back up your products and continue to provide service with professionalism to your customers long after the sale has been made.
