Excellent service department l, trustworthy . One caveat, they were overbooked or understaffed, and arrived 30 minutes early for my scheduled appointment. Intake took at least 20 minutes But on One caveat, they were overbooked or understaffed, and arrived 30 minutes early for my scheduled appointment. Intake took at least 20 minutes But once greeted was given option to rebook or wait. I chose to wait and work from internet connection. Service and battery replaced and pro-rated based on previous battery. I was kept informed of progress. And service person was great,..Austin, Thanks But Please work on not overbooking service department. More

Have had Stevinson’s Toyota handle all my Toyota care maintenance since purchasing my 2024 Toyota Crown. I’ve been very pleased by all my service department interactions and plan on having Stevinsons co maintenance since purchasing my 2024 Toyota Crown. I’ve been very pleased by all my service department interactions and plan on having Stevinsons continue to do my service going forward. Quite honestly, they seem to be quite a bit less expensive than my long time, regular mechanic, and so far have done good, quality work. Thanks! More

The service center is awful. You are way over booking. I was there for almost 4 hours for a simple oil change. My last service I was there for 7 hours! I have an 1 1/2 hour drive You are way over booking. I was there for almost 4 hours for a simple oil change. My last service I was there for 7 hours! I have an 1 1/2 hour drive to your dealership and have to just hang out your service team is great but I’ll never be back nor buy another vehicle from a dealership with such poor service. More
