This was a great buying experience for me. Tony worked with me over the internet to focus on what I wanted and when I walked into the showroom, it all came together in just a few minutes. I have been working with James for close to 8 years. He is very knowlageable of my vehicle and past repairs that have been completed. I purchased a used car from Stevinson West and had the usual experience. I however had not intended to use the service department. I needed to because it was a Toyota certified vehicle. I was pleasantly surprised with his help. That was 2 1/2 almost 3 years ago and he is still as warm and genuinely friendly and helpful as our first meeting. In almost three years I have met many people there. The experience is always positive. However James is great and I feel like I have nothing to worry about. If something does go wrong I know He and the Service Staff will take care of me and my family in the best way possible. I feel as though I am going to have to stick with Toyota just so I can use this service department. I have referred many people and none have been disappointed.
