We first visited Tony on Saturday. We were in search of a great deal on a great 4x4 and wanted to review all of our options. After providing an excellent sales pitch on the Toyota Tacoma T/X (describing the great deal on a great 4x4 and wanted to review all of our options. After providing an excellent sales pitch on the Toyota Tacoma T/X (describing the benefits of the truck, its resale value, and the perks of Toyota Care) and answering all our questions on financing, he allowed us time to consider our options, which was a refreshing change compared to most sales people at car dealerships. We returned to purchase the Tacoma and he suggested I should bring my crappy Avenger back in for a trade in appraisal on the following Monday, which I did. And...I left with a 2011 Rav4! He got me an excellent trade value and, as before, was friendly and personal. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. Tony makes a special effort to not only sell a vehicle but to understand your needs and provide an experience like none other I've experienced in my 37 years. The personal touch by Tony and the financing staff of Steve and Ron were much appreciated! More

Just bought our 3rd vehicle at Stevinson Toyota West and the process was a hassle from start to finish. Will never buy from them again. Found a 2004 4Runner we liked and was given wrong information about th the process was a hassle from start to finish. Will never buy from them again. Found a 2004 4Runner we liked and was given wrong information about the year, certification and financing. Once we found that it could not be certified (because of the year), the manager was extremely argumentative in writing an agreement for us to take it to our own mechanic. A buyer should be able to return a vehicle for any problem issue...not just "major mechanical issues" as he wanted the agreement to read. And of course, Car Salesmanship 101 was utilized, "someone else is interested in your vehicle at the same exact time" and "has made us an offer" even though the dealership was empty on a Monday evening and the vehicle was so new it hadn't made it out to the Used Car Lot yet. Steve in Financing was deceptive...adding on an unwanted service to the purchase price and not telling us about it. But hey, thanks for charging us $100 less than the listed price for the service when we told you we didn't want any additional services/features. The dealer handling fee was suppose to be waived as part of the deal, but showed up on the invoice for $399 as well. After more haggling, they did remove that, and called it "miscommunication". What once was a reputable, honest dealer has turned into the stereotypical "used car dealership". Very unfortunate they have chosen to do business this way. (Also not told at the time of sale that there was no keyless remote (had to call the next day and argue some more)(salesman had the key ring for the entire transaction and we made the assumption it was on the ring...bad assumption) Was duped into believing we were getting a $25 emissions test voucher from the salesman, only to see it charged on the invoice when we get to the finance dept. - We have no problem paying for the test ourselves, we didn't need the voucher, and finance the emissions test as part of the loan) More

This was a great buying experience for me. Tony worked with me over the internet to focus on what I wanted and when I walked into the showroom, it all came together in just a few minutes. Chris provided with me over the internet to focus on what I wanted and when I walked into the showroom, it all came together in just a few minutes. Chris provided expert assistance as well. I didn't feel pressured or hustled like you do at many other dealerships. Steve in finance was very professional and got me through the process with ease. We initially contacted and communicated with several Toyota dealerships via the internet--but the prompt, courteous, friendly and very helpful service we received from Tony Salazar, our Sales Consultant at Stevinson West, "sealed the deal" for us in choosing where to purchase our vehicle! The entire transaction, from beginning to end, could not have been more comfortable and pleasurable--and, everyone we encountered at the dealership could not have been more friendly or welcoming. Even our dog was invited to come in out of the heat, and enjoy the beautiful, air conditioned show room! Tony went out of his way to ensure that every detail was perfect, and even came in on his day off to be there for delivery of our vehicle, and to again go through the specifics of operation with us! We highly recommend Stevinson Toyota West to anyone considering the purchase of a new or used vehicle, and personally plan to continue our relationship with them as we maintain our Tacoma through the years! MR. DON ROLLINS, WE FIRST WENT TO STEVINSON CHEVY, ACROSS THE STREET AND ALSO FOUND A CAR I LIKED, BUT IT WAS $18000.00, SO THERE FOR I WANTED TO SEE WHAT STEVINSON TOYOTA, HAD.
