Buying a used car is a tricky proposition. I am very pleased that I ended up at Stevinson Toyota and Don Rollins for the sales person. He knew the product, could answer my questions and worked with me pleased that I ended up at Stevinson Toyota and Don Rollins for the sales person. Having the product available online is also a good benefit as that is the way I located the car I wanted and Stevinson has a good web site. Finally, the only difficulty I encountered is the finance department. Choosing the car and arranging for financing are two separate, demanding tasks. There were a few areas in the financing procedure that I did not think were clearly explained. However, we completed the transaction late in the evening after a full day so that may have been the reason I didn't clearly understand the deal. Next time I will make sure I complete the financing when I am rested and time is not an issue. The finance department did address my concerns and I am comfortable with the outcome. More
