False Advertising on Website and Paperwork to Buyer Purchased a 2020 Toyota Tacoma decent truck but horrible tech package for head unit. The head unit is advertised as Entune 3.0 Plus which on the TOYOT Purchased a 2020 Toyota Tacoma decent truck but horrible tech package for head unit. The head unit is advertised as Entune 3.0 Plus which on the TOYOTA website means you have remote start when in fact after visiting Stevinson, another TOYOTA dealership and three phone calls to Toyota support I find out it does not even have. I wrote a review on the Stevinson Toyota West website to general manager Deck Hughes and afternoon 3 weeks no reply. It asks how you would like to be contacted and still no phone call. Toyota website contradicts what it really does, salesman Tony Salazar gave me a printout stating it has this Entune 3.0 Plus system, the unit itself says Entune and even tells me to add Navigation App when trying to use the map function. When I asked Toyota support about speaking to someone else about this. She told me that was a question for the engineers and they cannot be contacted and then hung up on me when I asked for a supervisor. Advice on buying a Toyota is to find sales people who know their vehicles, don’t rely on Toyota’s website and if using Stevinson West do not expect a response from general manager Deck Hughes. VERY POOR SERVICE AFTER PURCHASING BRAND NEW VEHICLE. More
