If you don't know the product are selling you should not be trying to sell it. Aaron knew the technical specs on the car as well as the utilization of the interior features and provided a comprehensive hands on training with our purchase. All the staff we dealt with at Stevinson West were excellent including Josh (Finance). We had some second thoughts on the extended warranty and maintenance after our purchase and Josh had what was needed to cancel those additions when I spoke with him on Dec 26.
