I am a young girl, so I often get the run around with anything automotive. I needed work done on my car. I originally went to a local place with great reviews. They quoted me for 3 things, the end cost f anything automotive. I needed work done on my car. I originally went to a local place with great reviews. They quoted me for 3 things, the end cost for those three things was almost $3500, one of which was a transmission oil replacement. That was quoted at $750, This Toyota did it for LESS then HALF that price. I cannot express my gratitude enough. The folks who worked on my car kept it clean, and free of scratches or dents or anything missing out of my car. They gave me a free inspection during my service and gave me a list of eleven things that needed attention, the previous place only gave me three. The combined total for all 11 services was LESS then the total for 3 things from the other mechanic. Tyler Trimmer was the man who handled my "case" per say, and he explained everything happening with my car. He was detailed and understanding and very patient with all my questions and concerns. It left a great impression having one person who was so professional and friendly to speak to. I could not have had a better experience! It's very unsafe when professionals price gouge women. I, and alot of other people cannot afford a $3500 service bill, especially when that doesn't include everything that needs attention. Vehicles need maintenance in order to keep the driver and everyone else in their community safe. Toyota Stevinson West is a reliable, trustworthy, professional company and I will absolutely be a returning and loyal customer from here on out! More
