Arrived at Stevinson Toyota West on time for a scheduled appointment for an oil change. Would not honor valid coupon received from this same dealer, and told I would have to wait 3 hours even though I had a appointment for an oil change. Easy booking and appointment. I pulled in the garage at the appointed time and someone helped me with my check in within the first 10 minutes. The shop was behind that day so I go I pulled in the garage at the appointed time and someone helped me with my check in within the first 10 minutes. The shop was behind that day so I got a text that it would take 2 hours for my oil change. The communication around the delay was helpful. My oils change only took 2.5 hours and I was on my way! This was a very bad experience for me. I dropped my truck off Thursday morning, July 26 for a noise, and I did not receive one phone call with updates or a time frame at all until Wednesda I dropped my truck off Thursday morning, July 26 for a noise, and I did not receive one phone call with updates or a time frame at all until Wednesday July 2. Between that time I called several times, left multiple messages and went in twice and no one had answers for me. There were also three different advisors that were supposed to be making sure I was receiving updates and none of them did that. I picked it up Thursday July 3 and they told me it was all fixed but when I left I didn’t even get two streets away and the noise was still there. Then I looked down and there was grease and dirt left all over my center console. I keep my truck very clean so I know it was not there before I left it. I also wrote an email to my advisor telling him all of this Thursday afternoon and he has still not responded. I am not happy with this experience at all. More

Scott was great. It looked like we had an oil leak and we brought in our 2021 Toyota Camry unannounced and 30 minutes before close.
