My BZ4X started to have issues with the ac and electronic malfunction. I was able to get an appt the next day and dropped it off. When I arrived for my appointment on Saturday, July 12, the advisor told me my appointment could take an additional two hours (this is for a simple oil change appointment). I let the advisor know that it was not going to work for me as I had dinner plans that evening. The advisor suggested coming as early in the day next week. I scheduled the second appointment for Friday, July 18 at 9:30 AM. I was told when I checked in at 9:25 that my vehicle would be completed in about 90 minutes. At 11 AM, having heard nothing from the advisor, I inquired on the status. I was told that it would be soon. Well, it was 11:40 AM when I checked out of the dealership. Clearly this dealership is not managed very well. They indicated that they are short of staff. I get that in today’s labor market. It is difficult to get qualified workers. However, it is management’s responsibility to deal With that matter. They should not commit to delivery times when they cannot meet them. My time is valuable and I wasted a whole afternoon going down there the first time. And then it took an additional 40 minutes on top of what I was quoted the second time. My hope is that somebody in executive management at the new ownership of this dealership will hear this type of feedback and make positive changes to help me and other customers. More
