Joe was knowlegable about the product. Initially misleading about the price, but this seemed like an honest mistake. Very freindly. The bottleneck was waiting to sit with the finacne guy. I was third in line, so I was just waiting for a couple hours. Seems like they would have more than one finance guy on a saturday when they want to sell al ot of cars. I had a concern about a rattle in the front end and the dealership and service department were very good about getting me in and checking outthe issue. More
